SHIPPING POLICY
 

 

PAYMENT​

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal are accepted.

All payments are processed securely by our trusted providers.

Your order is charged at the time of purchase.

Made-to-order items are carefully crafted before shipment, while in-stock items are shipped immediately. 

 

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Domestic (France) and worldwide deliveries are carried out via French poste office and fully traceable on their website.

All leather products are made to order so please allow some working days.

As soon as you place your order, the bag enters production and will be made at our atelier, the duration may change depending on the current request.

All making processes are carefully handmade respecting the tradition of the saddle stitching (hand stitching) in linen waxed thread by îlet's artisan from start to finish in Paris, France.

Production times

  • Bags 2-3 working weeks 

  • Small leather goods 2-4 working days 

   (* one-of-a-kind items or in stock items can be shipped within 1-3 working days)

Delivery times (do not include production times)

  • France  / 12 euros  (takes 1-3 working days approx.)

  • Europe / 29 euros  (takes 5-10 working days approx.)

  • Worldwide / 39 euros  (takes 7-14 working days approx.)


Once your order item is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Signature is required for delivery.

* Please be aware that the above times are estimates and we have no control over the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you. 

* Customs delays are common and please be aware Worldwide orders may incur a customs/import fee.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

 

All orders outside EU are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU).
Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.
Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

You have a lead–time of 7 days from reception date to return the product(s) you have ordered for refund. 
All enquiries must be sent to iletparis@gmail.com arrange a return and send items back within 14 days. Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a refund of the item price will be given on inspection of the item. Customs, duties and taxes collected from you by the carrier upon delivery will not be refunded. Damaged or incomplete items will not be taken back and will be returned to you as is, at your expense.

Custom orders, personalised items are not eligible for returns.
