Domestic (France) and worldwide deliveries are carried out via French poste office and fully traceable on their website.

Once your order item is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Signature is required for delivery.

* Customs delays are common and please be aware Worldwide orders may incur a customs/import fee.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
All orders outside EU are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU).
Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.

RETURN POLICY
You have a lead–time of 7 days from reception date to return the product(s) you have ordered for refund.
All enquiries must be sent to us arrange a return and send items back within 14 days. Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a refund of the item price will be given on inspection of the item. Customs, duties and taxes collected from you by the carrier upon delivery will not be refunded. Damaged or incomplete items will not be taken back and will be returned to you as is, at your expense.
Custom orders, personalised items are not eligible for returns.
